Standard bank and Staff empty promises

After my last complaint I expected that my problem would have been solved, ridiculous thought though. Standard bank has not come to the party, nor have they attended to my problem or solved anything. You are absolutely going down the drain. I am now going to attempt to rather move all my accounts then to have these outrageous "courtesy" calls with lots of BS and smooth talking.
