STANDARD BANK AND POSSIBLE INTERNAL PERSONNEL ASSISTING ******** TO ***** AND THEFT

In recent events my sisters bank account got hacked at Standard Bank, this is about the seventh time this has happened to her account. Standard bank has declined the ***** claim.

The hackers called from a cell phone and used information that is only registered with standard bank to confirm the legitimacy, like her physical address. The physical address was only confirmed the third time after hanging on for 10 minutes on the phone. This means the hackers first had to confirm with personnel inside the bank what the correct address was after my sister informed them / the caller that was the incorrect address on record.

Secondly the instant messaging your bank sends you while your account has been accessed, like when you purchase something, this was halted on her profile during this hacking process.

This means the messaging system on the account, profile had to be deactivated during this process.

The sequence of events that unfolded could only have been done with assistance with inside the bank.

In addition, during the complaint process my sister receives a phone call from a cell number ***who apparently works for standard bank and was going over the claims that have been declined due to the *****, ****

So ******** are using cell numbers, bank personnel using cell numbers, so who is who you won't know.

Furthermore, it is my understanding that in the bank every account can be audited meaning you can see who logged into each account and the activity conducted on the account.

The bank refuses to provide this information on my sister's account.

The CEO of Standard Bank Sin Tshabalala also refuses to reply to any of her emails.

Take into account as I said this is approximately the seventh time her account has been hacked the bank with ********** transactions and the second of this nature where large sums of money have been removed.

So in bank personnel call you from a cell number verify your details and enquiring about the situation at the bank, and ******** are calling you from a cell number enquiring and confirming your FICA CONFIDENTIAL details on record at the bank how are you as a individual supposed to know what is a legitimate call and what is a ********** call.

This is not the first rodeo that my sister has gone through with standard bank and ***** on her account, and the details get so involved that this post would read like an Encyclopedia.

It is from my research that the banks are well aware of inside personnel assisting ******** and my question is what about the elderly and the vulnerable they don't have the resources to fight back or do not know about this website where you can complain

This case is of a serious nature and when it comes to handling this case the banks incompetence shines through, my sister had given the police case number to personnel handling the ***** claim and then you get additional personnel calling my sister and have no idea what the case number is.

As my sister is in total disarray, possibly depression over this entire matter the bank could not care two bits and then in a turnaround of events have the cheek to offer her a small percentage of the funds lost in so-called $&$&$ Goodwill.

That Goodwill is total **** and it is acknowledgement of the knowledge of the ********** events inside the organisation and them trying to cover up the entire matter by offering something and I can guarantee you now that if my sister had to accept this &$$@ token of their so-called Goodwill they would force her to sign documents not to disclose the sequence of events

Total disgusting behaviour from standard bank when my sister has been banking with this organisation for approximately 30 years give or take

So as an individual up against a large organisation like standard bank and all the lawyers what is one supposed to do when all channels seem to fail and the bank turns their back on you
