Standard bank and pick n pay

Hi.so on Sunday past I went to pick n pay lotus river in Capetown and I bought groceries that costed me about 200rand.when I put in my bank card and punched in my pin, the card machine took bout 3mins and after this it said declined but I got a message saying that 200 rand was paid to from my account to pick n pay lotus river.i then had to redo the whole transaction after the cashier told me no it's fine it will be reversed, she assured me it would be reversed.and if it is not I must come back and I can sort it out with a manager.this all happened at 12 o'clock.at about 12 30 I fone standard bank query number that was on my slip and I get in touch with a consultant that I can barely hear.anyway as I start to explain what happened I start to see that this guy on the other line can not work fast enough,he must be new so I tell him cant he fone me back because I fear I won't have any airtime left.he carries on as if he didn't hear me then my fone goes off just before he tells me I must fone Monday between 12 and 5 oclock.anyway so yesterday the 2nd November I fone at bout 4 o'clock when I got out of work and the fone just rings.no help no answer so I'm like what do I do now.i then go to the pick n pay lotus river(drove there with my own petrol) and I ask to speak to a manager.a few minutes later i get approached by a guy saying he is the acting manager(no name tag nothing)and I explain my situation.he tells me he don't have authority to give me my money back and he takes a picture of my slip and says he is going to send it to head office right now and he will fone me 12 30 today the 3rd November.it was at about 4 30 when I foned the pick n pay lotus river and asked to speak to this acting manager.after waiting almost 3 mins this acting manager comes to the fone and I tell him to please fone me back because I'm not going to have any airtime left.so he fines me back and he says he is still waiting for pick n pay head office to get back to him.i then said ok by when will you fone me back then and he said in about 30mins.the time is now 8 34pm and this pick n pay closes at 9 o'clock.still has not foned me.i mean how much more money must I spend before I get my own money back....an error on there behalf that I must pay for, this is not right man.but just let one kick up a storm in the shop then I'm the one that's in the wrong.i am very upset as far as standard bank is concerned I feel like I should no longer bank with them.they don't respect me or care about me as far as my well being is concerned.im very disappointed and I feel I will be taking this matter further if I can't get it resolved soon.as far as pick n pay I would just like to say please care more enough about your customer.n o one wants bad complaints bout there bussiness.its bad for business.i will be addressing this on both of these websites also I am not happy with the way this situation is being handled.

This message I sent you guys earlier today as a private message but now I'm going to repeat it in public.i never got a fone call to help me out with anything.no reply nothing.i am NOT going to waste money running around for my money.you dont value me as a customer man!I want my money back and I've been patient.this all started Sunday and it's Wednesday night already.I DON'T want another message I want someone that understands English to fone me so I can sort this matter out immediately!why is it taking so long.would it hurt anyone in standard bank call centre to pick up the fone and fone me!I'm really starting to question if I should bank with standard bank!its not right man!!!
