Standard bank and mum's sick condition

Standard bank employees are inconsiderate of customers. Joseph Witticker and Macroberts Neo Mokgatle caused my mother stroke/ depression because of their incompetence. My single mother of 3 in her old age with children in tertiary and high school was unemployed for 4 years and eventually got a job. Her bal of R26k was handed to Macroberts. My mother got a job and immediately made arrangements with Macroberts to pay account. She honoured agreement and even voluntarily increased installments as she wanted to correct her financial position so she can get loans to pay for university tuitions. Macroberts made a mistake they refuse to correct and approached court last year during hard lockdown without informing my mum about it. Ms. Kay Moodley of Macroberts was shocked to learn the account has judgement as she always congratulated my mother on the manner she is paying her account. She referred my mum to neo Mokgatle to request him to withdraw Judgement as it was received incorrectly. Neo refused stating my mum was paying less than expected something that was never discussed with my mum. My mum contacted standard bank, Joseph wrote my mum email that standard bank distance themselves from that Judgement as they did not ask for it. Later Joseph came back with email they cant help my mother she must get a lawyer. While my mum was trying to engage Macroberts, standard bank withdrew file from Macroberts and now sold file to MBD. Now MBD is harassing my sick mother and standard bank and Macroberts are refusing to help my mum remove Judgement. My mun is still paying the agreed amount with Macroberts. My mum asked the lawyer to communicate to Macroberts as Joseph advised Macroberts say therecis nothing they can do because standard bank took accoubt from them.All i am asking is standard bank to remove Judgement on my mums name. Our future is doomed with this Judgement on my mum's name. She cant get study loans for me and my younger brother as a result of this act. She is not well because of this. She worked hard to get her financial position right in order tov get her financial status right to be able to pay for our fees Standard Bank intervene and correct this all we are pleading for is remove Judgement on our mum's name, my mum is paying the account. PLEASE IN THE SPIRIT OF UBUNTU, HELP MY MUM AND ALLOW HER TO GIVE US EDUCATION . ACCOUNT ***. Failure to remove the judgment will result in two brothers with no future , as for my mums health i an worried . R26k is not worth my mum's life.
