Standard bank and Money market left me open to ***** and now are ignoring me
I sent money on money market to some one in Newcastle and I was given a pin and numbers and to my surprise when the person I sent the money to checked she was told the money was already collected in Durban USave store. I have been trying to get this matter sorted and calling with false promises to get callbacks but my cries fall on dead ears standard bank and checkers money market Help me get my money back

21 Apr 2022, 11:09At this point I am very confused, I had sent money using Checkers moneymarket the amount of R1400.00 which is a service I was told is being facilitated by Standard Bank. The money was withdrawn in a different city by a different person who is unknown to me and I was told to open a case with the Saps which I did and I was given Cas number 347/1/21. I contacted Checkers and I was told that I need to contact Standard Bank directly as this is their service, I have been trying in vain to do so as it seems no one at Standard bank is even investigating my matter at all. How has my complaint been addressed? What is the progress of standard bank's investigation? I need my refund bank and it's not fair that now everyone seems to just be passing the bank, I need to know what is going on please
