Standard Bank and MarketSA

I received a call on Friday 12 June 2020 from MarketSA offering me a Standard Bank Credit Card. I went through the process and emailed the required documents. I have phoned Standard Bank many times to gain clarity on the procedures and have not been helped as their excuse is MarketSA is processing my Application. I can not get hold of MarketSA as the telephone number just rings and emails do not get responded to. I find MarketSA and Standard Bank extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.
