Standard bank and Innovation group

<p>I had a vehicle warranty policy with std bank administered by a company called Innovation. Upon taking up the policy they told me that should my car give me any technical problems I should take it to any VW dealer to get it sorted. I encountered a problem, took it to VW and they came back saying they will not pay for the damage because I did not service my car at VW. I then cancelled my policy with innovation and they promised me a full refund, it's been 6 months now and I still do not have my refund.</p>
