Standard bank and game poor services

Hello, I really had a bad experience with standard bank and game shop, where I bought a TV online only to find out that it's nt a real game shop, but how I know that as a customer, a launched a complain with both departments as game they did nothing about it,after they told me, they are aware of this false game website I was just a laughing stock to them, then went to standard bank to open a ***** case, they told m to open a case and make affidavit, I did that and sent it to standard ***** line now they say I must get a court order so that they can do an investigation, how possible is it to go to court without getting the perpetrator, standard bank and game sucks I regret using them xem. My money is gone and none of them care.
