Pathetic people these are , what poor , poor , poor service .</p> <p>Just reminds me y I chose not to open Standard Bank transacting accounts.</p> <p>Standard and these guys Brooks and Luyt , disgusting !!!!</p> <p>paid up and requested to close my credit card account only to find out after 3 months my account has not been closed and I still owe money because of interest accrued. ***</p> <p>been calling these idiots at Brooks and Luyt for the past 3 months for my settlement letter and asking y my name is at ITC when all obligations were met on my side , believe me , it's like trying to get water out of a rock , </p> <p>Standard sends you to Brooks and Luyt and vice versa </p> <p> </p> <p>Wow , the incompetence of these guys is astounding !!!</p> <p>just felt to put it out there for guys who may be in the same position as I</p> <p> </p> <p>good luck</p> <p> </p> <p>Ricardo</p>
