Standard Bank and BD Attorneys (Client K Mogale)

I keep on getting sms's, phone calls etc. from Standard Bank on my cellphone number regarding his outstanding payments. It's come to a point where it borders on harassment. I DO NOT have an account with Standard Bank and this Mr. Kenosi Mogale has given my cellphone number as his contact number. Now I'm receiving sms's from BD Attorneys to contact them on *** reference STAN1/63187 regrading Mr. Kenosi Mogale. I have asked Standard Bank numerous times to remove my cell number and also spoke to BD Attorneys asking them the same thing but NOBODY is listening! I don't know what to do anymore!
