STANDARD BANK - ALSO DON'T HAVE ANY CLUE

I have been paying my STB Bluebean Credit Card off for the past 15 months and almost every day I received threatening sms's from collectors. This is ludicrous as I've even upped the amount from R200 per month to R300/R350 per month. I'm sick and tired of still receiving these things and then I get a bad credit payer on ITC when in fact i would say i'm a good payer. This MUST be sorted out or i STOP all payments today.
