Standard Bank allows unauthorized double payments

I am seriously tired now

People must sit like dogs outside the k90 center branch just to go into the bank.

I am paying for service for a prestige banker. But yet I don't get the service I am paying for.

I am ill, and have flu.

And I must sit outside in the wind and cold.

Standard Bank has gone to the dogs really.

How does standard Bank allow double payments to go off without authorization.

Now I must again come in to sort out Standard Bank mistakes.
