Standard Bank allows UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS!

Standard Bank has been once again sold me down the river by allowing activity on my account without my authorisation or permission. It is almost as if debit orders can be loaded onto my account at any time by any company just as long as it is under R100. Today I was shocked to find that a Debit order to the value of R99.99 was taken from my account by a company called DUROCALL. This company has no information whatsover and Standard Bank cannot provide any information without me paying R23.10 first. I then also have to pay R47.50 to place a stop payment on this amount which i did not authorise. This is not the first time ********** activity has occured on my account. A while back they managed to ***** R4000 from my account which was evetually reversed but with extra cost to me. This is the final straw that broke the camels back. I am switching banks today.
