Standard Bank allows transfer without permission

Money was transferred out my business account without permission, will take the bank 4 days to investigate before returning the cash to my account. This is unacceptable as it is not a small amount and they can see I dont have another Std bank account to transfer to. After being a loyal client for 15 years I will be moving my account over to FNB, who so far has given great service!
