Standard Bank Allows ********** to withdraw money from my bankCheck Account

My standard bank cheque account has been hit several times by the R99 **** ********** since October 2018. An entity called LNDMARK has successfully withrawn cash from my account (various amounts) and the Standard bank was able to reverse some of the transactions automatically and pro-actively (without me having to approach the bank and asking for the reversals to be carried out). Yet on 15 October 2018, another ******* transaction for R99 was made bu another ******* called STERO BLAQR, and this time around the bank did not reverse the transaction, which means the ******** succeeded in *******ly withdrawing money from my account under the bank's nose. I went into the bank (Northcliff branch at Cresta Mall) to ask why the bank did not reverse this transaction, i could not get an answer. Instead the bank officials blamed me, saying that i should keep an eye on my account all the time and report the ***** to the bank. So, they said, the bank cant do anything about the R99 withdraw in October 2018 because I should have reported the ***** to the bank within 40 days after it occurred. Why should I pay the bank to keep my money safe, and then the banks allows ********** to withdraw money from my account, and then blames me for not reporting the ***** on time??? Isnt it the bank's responsibility (for which Im paying the bank everymonth) to keep my money safe at all times, and if ********** managed to crack through the bank's account security system, whose fault is it? I want the bank take responsibility for this and repay my money, with the interest i lost on that money since it was withdrawn *******ly from my account on 15 October 2018
