Standard Bank allowing unauthorised debit orders and a don’t care attitude towards client concerns.

I wrote a review about an unauthorised debit order standard bank has allowed on my account for R99 from an AFRICO AMK Company that has no listed info. I have been in and out of branches and wrote countless emails yet no ones seems to want to assist me. I wrote a review last month of which I was contact by a Ronaysha Naidoo whom promised would help resolve the issue and would keep my updated regarding the proceedings. I have sent her a few emails and there hasn’t been a response from her or anyone form standard bank and the debit order has yet again gone off. I need urgent assistance with this matter as it has been going on for far too long.
