Standard bank allow ***** to take place

On the 05/07/2014 I signed a contract with Extreme Health and Fitness gym in Elarduspark/ Pierre van Ryneveld. The contract was R225 per month for 36 months. Vince the sales manager of the gym scratched over the R225 and changed it to R9050. The bank has the deposit slip with very bold R9050 in ink. The R9050 went of when I was overseas and was unable to pay my hotel fee's. I send a secure message to Standard bank while the R9050 was on outstanding authorisation, saying that they have to stop this transaction. They put is through. I was stuck overseas...After my return in SA, I put in a dispute at the bank. I even made a civil court case against the gym. The bank revised my money two months later, so I then cancelled the civil court case, on hand at that stage. The gym (VINCE) put the debit-order through another 3 times. The bank revised it another 2 times and refuse to reversed it again. I gave standard bank a copy of the contract with each dispute and they refuse to pay back the last debited R9050. The last debit order went through even my account was CLOSED!!. The bank asked me interests on that money and bad payers fee's. They even wanted to take me to credit control.
