standard bank aka loan sharks

since when has std bank turned into a loan shark outlet i gt paid on the 15 and that was the last time i saw my salary they took all my money and paid it it to my credit card then i went to complain on the 16th the bank teller explained that there was nothing they could do on their side so she called the people responsible for credit cards i spoke to a young man called lebohang and putting it mildly he was rude he wasn't interested in helping me and told there's nothing they can do what happened to the arrangement i made? and i called the ombudsmen to complain and they told me they want it in writing why they dint bother finding out what happened if banks can treat us like this and get away with it whats next?
