standard bank added extra 10 years to my loan without my consent

right.... how can standard bank do this. with the current interest rate hike, instead of adjusting my installment, they adjusted my loan term...with - and you wont believe it - 10 years!!!!!! Can you be more blatant in the fact that you are robbing us...your customers?!?!?! UNBELIEVABLE. now they are refusing to go adjust the old installment and term...they apparently cant??? but it was fine last month...but now they cant go back to the term??!?!?!?!
