Standard Bank acts *********ly

This is my second complaint on this site regarding the same issue. My housing insurance was taken with Standard bank - I have major water leak problems which has cost me substantially. Every time I call Standard bank insurance they promise to discuss with the original person that was handling the issue and get back to me but I never get any response. This has been going on for several months. This to me is ***** as i pay my premiums but Standard bank will not do their part. I now have no choice but to lay a complaint with the Ombudsman.
