STANDARD BANK ACTS *********LY PUTTING VULNERABLE PEOPLE ON STREET

My sister has a homeloan with Standard Bank with a CREDIT LIFE policy. She has 4 kids and is pregnant with another. She lost her job recently when her employer *******ly terminated her contract despite the 3 month rule. This qualifies as loss of ability to earn income as defined in her credit life policy yet STANDARD BANK IS THREATENING to put her and her babies on the street and sell the property. The house is under R400k and the policy provides for cover in case of retrenchment or inability to earn income. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW RUTHLESS and ********* Standard Bank is being despite have this 'credit life policy.' I intend sending this to the ombud but people must understand that Standard BAnk will not deliver on promises to protect even when a policy is in place protection the vulnerable.
