Standard Bank activating accounts closed in 2013

I use to have a credit card and a current account with Standard Bank around 2010 to 2012. Those 2 accounts where settled in 2013 I was issued with paid up letters thst I still have on record. This year in October I started receiving statements on both accounts. When I log a complain with your Facebook team they referred me to your call centre. On Thursday someone called me and was then transfered to your legal call centre where a guy told me I am still owing.. Those accounts where settled in 2013 and updated on my credit bureau, how come are they suddenly active? This is *******. You can't not collect on an account after 7 years of no contact. Accounts that was settled. Since Thursday I asked for statements no one has sent that..

This matter is still not resolved. I have been speaking to Molefe wilhemina and *****bo. This *****bo has hone awol. Wilhemina is the most incompetence person in the banking sector.
If this is how standard Bank makes money by activating closed accounts and robing clients to pay again.. You not getting a cent from me..
