Standard Bank act in bad faith
Most disappointed to discover that Standard bank took a default judgement on the 15th June 2018 , whilst we were negotiating settlement on a debt which was settled on the 6th of July 2018. In all my negotiations, I understood that the we were negotiating in good faith with the bank's legal department via my private banker and at no point did the Legal department point out that they had proceeded to give the lawyers instructions to obtain a default judgement. I believe that Standard Bank needs to immediately correct this by getting the judgement rescinded at their expense as it was obtained irregularly.
