Standard Bank Accounts Hacked

<p>I'm so disappointed about you terrible service about the Insurance companies that have accessed my account for the past 6 months at least as I was only able to access my account till then.The company called Sagewise 1 and ABC insurance have been deducting money from my account without my knowlegde and my approval.When I went yo Jabulani Mall Standard Bank branch told me they don't have access to reverse those amounts.I was advised to call the call centre after about 2hours of being into that bank.The Branch Manager couldn't assist me either,she told me that she doesn't have access to reverse those amounts.After those 2hours of waiting,I called the call centre whereby I was waiting for my call to be answered after 20min of waiting I left.I think ki will go to Randburg Branch to sort out that mass,I know that have assisted me in many occasions.I feel like Black Peoples servcies sucks and if it was white person he\she wouldn't have gotten such service.I feel like Standard Bank have enough of my money with their high charges that I endured from them but still giving me that TERRIBLE SERVICE I have been getting from them.CAPITEC BANK here I come.They have better rates so is their service.I just have to go to the my HR and change my banking details,I HAVE HAD ENOUGH WITH THIS BAD SERVICE</p>
