Standard Bank Account Statement

I have been trying for longer than six months to get an ordinary bank statement from Std Bank which they failed to email to me (I receive all statements via email). The required bank statement is not even on my profile! Clearly, the omission is on their part, but after 4 or 5 emails, requesting my ID, bank acc no's, expiry dates of cards, limits, etc., I still get no statement. This is very frustrating, is counterproductive, and wastes my time. Shame on you Std Bank.
