Standard Bank Account Debits - no feed-back

Nobody is getting back to me with regards to queries relating to my Stannick/Standard bank vehicle finance account.

I have been handed over to collections.

My statements show debits on interest and VAT to the value of R5000. There is no interest on a collections account and where do VAT come into the story.

I am awaiting feedback from Henrietta October - ********** I went to the bank direct at Standard Bank Durbanville with my query and spoke with a Charmaine Smith - ********** who again referred me to their Henrietta lady - with no feed-back as yet.

They harass me very month on the first after I have made payment that is only detected 11 days later in their account and its a standard bank account? But after wasting precious time on convincing I did pay, nobody can help If I have questions relating to the above matter

Conclude: I feel the debits reflecting on my account is not just and require immediate reversal if there is nobody to explain. I never receive statements and when I finally do the last to transactions are debits - moving my arrears account in the opposite direction I intend it to.

This is tiresome and pointless - trying to get to the truth and validity of what has transpired
