Standard Bank above SA Courts

In 2011 I went under debt review. Court order dictates payments and interest rates that can be charged by Banks. Standard bank has been charging more than what the court order made provision for as well as charging monthly service fees on the account also contravening the court order. I brought this to their attention on the 18th of February 2015, sending them copies of bank statements proving this as well as a copy of the court order. The account has since been settled in full but still I cannot get Standard Bank to refund the moneys. I have written e-mail upon e-mail and spent hours in branches and on the telephone at my own expense only to receive empty promises of when answers will be supp****. They also cannot seem to understand that there are 2 issues at hand: wrongfully charged interest rate and wrongfully charged bank fees. Not even our debt counsellor could get this matter resolved or get Standard bank to realize that the interest is only of the issues. Standard Bank has absolutely raised the bar when it comes to bad service by a bank and incompetence. Sending e-mails to their complaints resolution centre is also of no value as all I received was auto responders.
