Why am I being charged Honouring fees for amounts that have already been paid?
BESIDES BEING SLAPPED WITH ADDITIONAL FEES FOR MY BANK CARD BEING ****** AND HAVING IT REPLACED I NOW GET ****** BY THE BANK ITSELF... STANDARD BANK EXPLAIN???
I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied about honouring fees that keep being charged I make sure to leave enough money more than the transaction amount in my account every month for my debit orders.
I am not going do this every time its no use banking with standard bank when I have to give out way more.
Why am I charged almost R700 on 3rd November for a debit order that is schedule for 4th November . I payed and made sure to have enough funds for my transaction if this honouring fees is not off my account today or within 24 hours.
Im paying two times for the same transaction and this doesn't sit well with me. Why must we as consumers bear the brunt of the mistake. This is a injustice to us and if you continue this you might lose thousands of clients because of this mistake. Please rectify it before i swop and change my banks.
I keep recommending standard bank but now i am officially done. If this fees are not waivered for the pay just now. I am going to close my account today or leave it open and not honour any damn fees.
The transactions all went off on time why the **** do i have to pay 2 times for the same transaction with my own ****** money. You keep robbing the people. I am really going cause a stir on social media Facebook, tiktok, Instagram i have over 100k followers so choose of you are going to dispute the fees. I am fed up with standard banks poor service robbing their clients. Also how can i pay honouring fees for a transaction that already went through. Standard bank because enough is enough. You have ****** me enough more than R1000 in honoring fees is ridiculous.
I don't recommend standard bank to anyone if you value your earnings.This is a huge ****

To better understand this charge, please review your statement and verify your card purchases for the same amount as the honoring fee.
Check if you had enough funds at the time of the transactions. Additionally, remember to account for any service fees when processing transactions, as these are app**** immediately by the bank.
