Standard Bank

I had a Loan with standard bank, the account was paid up, however standard bank failed to close the account, and then handed me over to the lawyers without contacting me. payment was made to the debtworks which must be refunded to me. I've sent the statement from Debtworks , still no response from Standard Bank. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME AS I HAVE LOST ALL FAITH IN STANDARD BANK. I WANT MY REFUND . NO ONE WANTS TO ASSIST IN ANY MANNER.
