Standard Bank - a ******* for small business

I run two small businesses. I deposit cash weekly and then do EFT payments on a weekly basis. I was checking my bank fees and just on deposits its a staggering R1600 per month. Then there is the limit on 30 EFT's and swipes. Therefore each EFT payment costs R22.50 and each swipe R10. hence my banking costs are around R3200 per month!!!!!<br> <br> How can a small business floruish with these sharks in the water. all my business colleagues told me that standard bank is **** for business and rather use FNB however I have used standard bank for ages for my personal accounts and I like the inter account functionality.<br> <br> When queried i was merely told this is our policy . Didn't you get the email with the updated fees ?<br> <br> As a lifelong standard bank customer I feel really let down by standard bank.<br> <br> So to the ****s who make standard bank policy - catch a ****ing wake up. <br> <br> This is one customer you will probably loose.
