Standard bank a real ****-show!!!!!!
If there was zero stars this bank will definitely get it, from taking your money for honoring fees which is theft!!!! To now holding my funds and not clearing it!!!! STD TO STD is immediate and no delays now they say it's up to 24hours. They have no explanation just the system will release it. What a load of BS. Definitely the worst bank. I'm SA!!!!!

Their answer is the system will release it.
It's a Saturday and the reason I asked them to transfer from standard is because I have a std bank Acc and expected it to reflect immediately.
If it was upto 24hiurs then they should have had an immediate payment optookn for Standard bank to standard but there isn't. What useless servixe

28 Feb 2026, 11:23If I wanted to wait till Monday I would have asked them to use their current bank and not transfer to a standard bank Acc so that I could get the funds immediately
They incurred costs to do immediate payment from their bank to their std bank account so I could get it not to realize how ineffective std bank is.
Frustrations are high because of your bank!!!!!
