Standard Bank! A joke!

<p>I called Standard Bank Home Loans last month to inform them that although my loan is paid in full, I would like to keep the account open. The consultant assured me that the debit order will be reduced to the amount of R57 which is the bank charges. Guess what? The full debit order was debited to my account. When is Standard Bank going to get their act together? They also had the audacity to charge me R25 for an unpaid item! Now my credit rating is going to be affected.</p>
