Standard Bank - a ****** clown show

Wow heartbreaking, sad, shocked, disgusted totally just disappointed in how Standard bank treating me. Since 2014 almost for 10 years I worked for them without a single complaint. I never made a mistake before and then I made one mistake. A mistake that was made not with any bad intent just a innocent mistake. I gave them everything to explain and pleaded with them for chance to prove myself.

They just ended up terminating me. So I think its time so set things straight about how it is working for Standard bank.

Its actually very bad, depressing and thenstuuf they expect is not humane.

There have been employees who actually stole money from clients but because they were the right race they got a slap om te back and were allowed to continue working, the same counts for them when they don't make targets just fine. I was performing so well and was constantly in the top 10 of different challenges and I was carrying my franchise. But the bank could not stick with me through 1 mistake. A mistake both me and the bank didn’t know I was making there was never even a complaint. But the bank realised oops we made a mistake we missed something and if it comes out we missed it there will be trouble for them. So what does Standard's Bank do instead of working with me and helping me they decide to terminate me, and push all the guilt onto me and wash their hands like they are clean. But the Bank made a lot of erros and they missed a lot of mistakes that if they did their job correctly they could have worked with me snd helped me to not make an innocent mistake. But I get it im the wrong type of person they would rather fire me then the “other people” who stole, who doesn’t do their work who never make their targets.

In the bank its like this political group of different parties.

Ive also been waiting 4 weeks for a simple second credit card.

The bank is like this. The people who will be hard working, who has the degree and skills for the work they will not get the job To put it In all of its truth. Pieter can have matric, he can have experience and he have a degree. But the person who will get the job is Bongani who doesn't have matric, doesn't have experience or a degree and wil need training for a year.

Save yourself the stress don’t work for Standard you will be miserable and you will be worked to death and as soon as there is promotion a family member of one of the big managers like a Wookey or a certain type who doesn’t even know how to do the job he will get your promotion anyway.

There has been fare worse done that I have seen, that I know about and heard about but all of them were allowed to get a second chance because of race. But No not me even though I pleaded and begged.
