Standard Bank a bunch of *********** losers

We went on the 25th February 2016 to open a business account when we reach there the receptionist told us its R2000 to open an account and we fought up until another guy came in and said he was told its R500 and eventually they said we can open with R500 but now they sent us an SMS said we need to to come over for FICA purpose we went with our lease agreement of which in my knowledge its what needed now the following day they said we need to come over but now its something else and said our account doesn't exist whats now although we paid R500 INTO OUR WHAT WE THOUGHT IS OUR ACCOUNT AND IT DOESNT EXIST WHERE DO WE GET MONEY TO RUN IN AND OUT OF THE BANK FOR PETTY THINGS CAUSED BY INCOMPETENCY OF STAFF MEMBERS
