Standard bank

I would like to Commend Asthira Jainarain, from the standard bank Gateway branch. It was the 2nd time visiting the store in January. I was very surprised nd felt special as the consultant remembered who I was and even questioned if my query with the branch, I initially had the problem with. With this being said she followed up with me often to ensure, that I good experience, unlike the branch manager and their staff who were supposed to do this. I even opened up a funeral policy on her recommendation. She was proficient and well versed with this worked, so I walked out knowing myself and my kids are covered in the event of an unfortunate incident. Thank you once again.
