Standard Bank
Standard Bank (***** Department) is totally useless. Some ***** was done on my current account. I've reported it, with email and telephone. I've open a case number at the policestation. Standard Bank give me a ***** case nr. (on 14 April 2021) And this is where it ends. They have NEVER answers on my emails (many). They never return a (promised) call. (about 10 times) I'm a Standard Bank client for ±40 years. My home loan is also with Standard Bank. This is totally unacceptable!!!
