Just now, Friday the 21st of March 11: 20, I was treated very poorly at standard bank key west for whatever reason by a lady called Thato Mokgorosi, who shouted asking want I wanted, with no good day or good afternoon . I was shocked but told her that I would wait as she had another client with her and it seemed like a deep engagement. Then when she was done with her, with her finger and pen she pointed me for the direction. With out explanations she again screeched at me even calling me hey, when she was instructing me to sit and wait, what happened to mam, sir and that language when you are a customer. What happened to trainers teaching basic customer service skills. I write this as I wait patiently to be served. A terribly long time it seems. I end typing this, it is 11:47
