Standard bank

On the 21st of December 2022 my internet online banking profile was hacked and my entire salary was taken without my permission. I didn't recieve any otp just sms with the details of the person who stole my money. I called the ***** division, and they blocked everything. From that day no feed back no communication. I went to the branch they refused to help as they say noanagers or supervisors there. I had entrusted my savings to standard bank but there is no security system. Now my wife and parents are suffering. No compensation was given to assist even though I got the info the bank needed.this is a very bank with very poor service as I am a client for the pass 20 years
