STANDARD BANK

I am very disappointment with Standard bank , 1st had a savings account with them, then was introduce to the cheque account, went to the branch to close the savings as now I have opened the cheque account with them, only to find out later on that they didn't closed the savings account, only sent me an email to say I owe on the account. even though i closed it . Went to the branch and was told they will look it to I ended up closing the cheque account also cause they kept giving me the run around with the savings, now I'm getting statements saying I owe them money for both accounts while I went to their branch million times to close this accounts. Its not my problem that their representatives are incompetence. both accounts I closed them at Forest Hill Mall.
