23 September 2015<br> <br> Good day hello Peter,<br> <br> I, C F Bam have a huge complaint against Standard Bank South Africa Executors Department. My father passed away in April 2011. Standard Bank were nominated by him, to handle the estate. It was a straight forward Estate, there was a small holding and no outstanding debts. At the time of my father's death, the property was occupied, and the occupant was advised to notify the bank within 3 months, if he wanted to buy the plot, or if not, Standard Bank would sell it. Four years later, the house on the plot is still occupied, and the bank has not been taking occupational rent, or made any efford to sell. After numerous calls to the bank, nobody had attended to this estate, and the property is becoming derelict, and the value decreasing all the time, as well as outstanding rates, which teh bank have not paid over to the necessary party. Standard bank have not been commtted to doing what was intended, and the estate still not wound up 4 years later, is not satisfactory. I would appreciate if if they could get a move on and get this estate resolved, and now hold Standard Bank liable for all costs.
