Standard Bank

I would like to know how Standard Bank runs a business cause i have been waiting since last week for a consultant to get back to me via phone but nobody has returned its Tuesday 28/05/2019 and i called them on Friday 24/05/2019 no wonder so many branches has closed because of service and sorting client problems out,oh and dont forget the dishonesty with promises.So please South Africa dont use this bank in future they will con you.
