Standard bank

Actually i have 2 very big issues First i recently bought a vehicle through Standard bank and they have put on exstra money to take the vehicle to the road worthy test the vehicle stood in Johannesburg so why on earth does the certificate state that they took it to Pinetown for the test . Obviously thats not clever but i think that the correct steps were not followed and now i must take the vehicle to the road worthy test again with my money because Standard bank did not send me the papers that stated i had to go and take the licence out that i found out recently.
