Standard Bank

App**** for vehicle finance through these guys on two occasions, both times declined. I've been banking with these guys for over ten years now.Have two accounts with them,one a current account and one a pure save.So,i decided to test my credibility by applying for a phone contract at one of the major companies,outcome,approved,then i app**** for a storecard at woolies,outcome approved,and just to make sure,app**** at Foshini/Markham yet again for a storecard,outcome,approved.Then i went to a bank that i did not even have an account with(NEDBANK) for vehicle finance.Approved 386k.They did all the credit checks/proof of income as well as expenditure profiling and find me suitable/creditworthy for vehicle finance.This approval took about 24 hours.Well done Nedbank.So,what's up Standard bank??What criteria are you looking at when a client apply for finance??According to Nedbank,the criteria is the same with all the major banks,so....what's your excuse this time???I know its Stellenbosch,but did we not" move on" Please guys,if your bank does not want to help....try Nedbank. My personal experience with them although not a client,100%
