Standard bank

I had another report somehow i cant comment on it!? My fathers vehicle was taken without any documents from Standardbank , now they have excuses. Where is the documents that they were supposed to send him??? Standard bank phoned my father yesterday and told him that they have send all the documents to debt rescue. Before this call Standard bank told him that his contract was terminated from debt rescue. He phoned debt rescue and he is still under debt review.. Debt rescue informed him that there were NO documents received, neither did Standard bank call debt rescue to tell them that the vehicle was behind. Standard bank wanted all the statements from debt rescue, we did send the documents to Standard bank that showed that the vehicle was payed for and still they took the vehicle. Now my dad is struggling. My father went to Standard bank to buy the vehicle, why didn't Standard bank inform my father that the vehicle was behind. Somedays my father can't get to work anymore and no one in Standard bank can give my father a answer. He is calling Standard bank call after call but still no clear answer. Can you please help my father this time?
