Standard bank !!!!

Not sure, whats wrong with this bank lately.

After months, of having no problems with a debit order for a loan from standard bank coming off, all of the suddened they phone to tell me i have not paid my debit order. After argueing with the person on the phone, that there are more then enough funds in the account to take it.

I get told this is affecting my credit ratings, as its a miss payment, yet he has no answer for why it didnt go if i have funds in my account.

This morning i recieve an email, from a debt collector for the money, now double the amount of my installment! Absolutely shocking!

I have left complaints, and havent heard nothing... funny enough i got 2 phone calls trying to sell me some garbage products that they offer, but can't sort out this problem!

After going into the bank, i just get told its a problem. I dont see how this problem with standard bank can see me getting handed for debt collections, for double the amount!
