Standard bank

So I tried applying for car finance before and I was declined, woke up in the morning to find this bank got into my account and debited me. I don't even own a car. When I was at the bank they don't told me it's an error. How it's an error when you use somebody's banking details and now this will affect my future lendings because its reflecting under my name I can't even get a loan because of this bank.
