WORST BANK EVER You pay amount of money for being a Prestige Banker and for what? Waste of money. They deducted the 1 Aug 2021 insurance for my car, but I have insurance of my own and NOT with standard bank, so they loaded insurance without my permission, they deducted insurance and I tried phoning immediately, they said I should send proof to them so that they can refund me... FIRSTLY the email address was wrong... SECONDLY I emailed more than one's and NO respond... THIRDLY I still haven't received any response of my money back.
