<p>I have never been so frustrated in all my 50 years of life! It takes Standard Bank Homeloans 5 hours to allocate a fax to a file. Firstly they insist i fax documents through - why cant i email them. I mean who still has a fax machine. Then once i have faxed the documents, it takes them 5 house to index the fax. Is this normal for 2017??????</p>
