Standard Band deducting funds without approval

I have opened an Account with Standard Bank Centurion Mall however they added an overdraft facility thats costing me R69.00 extra each month. At first I was not aware of this however I have queried this with Standard Band and the advisors Abegail Schults were suppose to get back to me. I have mailed them a number of times with no feedback since 19 December 2021. Standard is still deducting these funds from my account with out my approval. Please call me on *** in order to rectify this. Regards Johan
