Standard Backwards
Like really in this day and age, people are treated like ********* or something. I received a standard bank instant money voucher from a client of mine. In which i misplaced the sms along with the voucher number. I had already done that registering on the *120*212# number. So now i call the instant money call centre to retrieve back the sms with the voucher number and after waiting forever for it I call again and i give all the details to the agent i.e. my phone number the amount and the date sent and the numbet of the sender and i am told they can only send it to the sender to send back to me. Like really if i wanted assistance from the sender dont they think i would have done that. The sender is not responding to my messages. I already lost R100 to this instant money before. So now i am in htw mercy of the sender just because they dont trust me even after i registered with my ID number. ****** useless backwards and ******** bank i tell u. I just wish all these banks will follow route to the FNB ways of doing things. Standard Backwards.
